As a therapist, my practice emphasizes personalized therapy tailored to each client's individual needs. Building a strong, supportive therapeutic relationship is fundamental, as I believe it's critical for effective therapy. My approach is adaptable and focused on outcomes, aiming to address my client's concerns, whether they relate to the past, present, or future. I work collaboratively with clients to set clear objectives and make real progress.
I specialize in a broad range of issues, from addiction and trauma to depression and assertiveness, providing each client with a customized plan. This plan integrates various therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, existential therapy, and narrative therapy, to suit the unique context of each person.
Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to the highest ethical standards are paramount in my practice. I offer a secure environment for clients to explore their challenges. The therapy process begins with an in-depth consultation to develop a personalized plan.
I have earned a first-class honours BSc in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy and am a pre-accredited member of the Irish Association for Psychotherapy and Counselling.
